Cheesey Hasbrowns in a Dutch Oven

1 pkg. frozen Hash Browns

8 oz. sour cream

1 stick butter

1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup onion, diced

Melt margarine & soup together in a 10" Dutch oven. Add sour cream and cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Add onion and potatoes and stir. Bake until bubbly and done (approx. 40 minutes) with 14 coals on top and 7 on the bottom.
