Sweet Sour Meatballs in the Dutch Oven

16-oz. package frozen prepared meatballs
2 pkg (16 oz. each) frozen stir-fry vegetables
1/2 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup Catalina dressing
1 large onion, diced large
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 T. soy sauce
Combine all ingredients in a 12" Dutch Oven. Cook on medium high heat 20 minutes or until meatballs and vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot, cooked rice or pasta, if desired.
