Oftentimes

Oftentimes, we want to take a recipe from a "regular" cookbook and make it in our Dutch ovens.  After all, anything you can make at home in your regular oven can be made outside in your Dutch oven.  This temperature chart will help you to determine how many coals you need to reach certain baking temperatures and how many coals should be on the top/bottom.
